Welcome to PointsPulse. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
PointsPulse provides a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that helps you track loyalty program points, airline miles, and hotel rewards. Our extension reads your balances from loyalty program websites when you are logged in and displays them in a centralized dashboard.
Important: We do not store your login credentials for any loyalty program. We do not log into accounts on your behalf. Our extension only reads publicly displayed information when you are already authenticated.
To use PointsPulse, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
PointsPulse offers a free plan that tracks up to three loyalty programs, with no payment required and no time limit. Paid plans remove that limit:
Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Because PointsPulse offers a free plan you can use indefinitely, you can try the service before paying anything. For that reason we do not operate a separate refund window on paid plans.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
If you were charged in error, or something has gone wrong with your account, email info@pointspulse.com and we will put it right.

PointsPulse displays data read from third-party loyalty program websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that balances or expiration dates are always current or correct. Loyalty programs may change their websites at any time, which may temporarily affect our ability to read data.
Always verify important information directly with your loyalty program before making decisions based on data shown in PointsPulse.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
The PointsPulse name, logo, extension, and website are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PointsPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
