Welcome to PointsPulse. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

PointsPulse provides a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that helps you track loyalty program points, airline miles, and hotel rewards. Our extension reads your balances from loyalty program websites when you are logged in and displays them in a centralized dashboard.

Important: We do not store your login credentials for any loyalty program. We do not log into accounts on your behalf. Our extension only reads publicly displayed information when you are already authenticated.

2. Account Registration

To use PointsPulse, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

PointsPulse offers paid subscription plans:

Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied with PointsPulse, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

PointsPulse displays data read from third-party loyalty program websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that balances or expiration dates are always current or correct. Loyalty programs may change their websites at any time, which may temporarily affect our ability to read data.

Always verify important information directly with your loyalty program before making decisions based on data shown in PointsPulse.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

The PointsPulse name, logo, extension, and website are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointsPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
