What's included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you track up to 3 loyalty programs with automatic balance updates and 7-day expiration alerts. It's perfect for trying out PointsPulse or if you only have a few accounts to track.
Can I upgrade from free to paid later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. Your existing data will be preserved, and you'll immediately get access to unlimited programs and all premium features.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
You can track up to 3 programs free for as long as you like, so you can see exactly how PointsPulse works before paying anything. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Which loyalty programs do you support?
We currently support 17 major loyalty programs: Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt, Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, Citi ThankYou Rewards, Capital One Miles, American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, Delta SkyMiles, Southwest Rapid Rewards, British Airways Avios, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Flying Blue (Air France/KLM), Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, Lufthansa Miles & More, and Alaska Atmos Rewards. We're actively adding more programs based on user requests.
